BC Home Sales for January

The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) released figures yesterday (February 13) saying that the BC home sales went up 3.1% more than in January 2014.

The average prices on MLS increased as well, BCREA reported that January's average MLS residential price for BC went up 5.0% increase from January 2014

Clothing - most of the time we only wear approximately 20% of our wardrobe. If you haven't worn it for 6 months or for a season, it's probably time to get rid of it. This includes shoes and outdoor wear.
