Kevin's academics include a degree in marketing & an M.B.A. He has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 2006 and as a Property Manager since 2011. Kevin grew up and worked with parents as REALTORS® in Coquitlam. His outgoing energy & innovations have improved sales volume, and he continues the development of marketing strategies, overall vision and direction. Kevin is a Principal of Axford Real Estate and the Managing Broker. He is active in different aspects of real estate and helps oversee the day-to-day activities of the Brokerage including the Axford Property Management division.

Originally from Ottawa, Kate moved to Vancouver in 2007 and began her property management career.

Michael's eagerness to learn more about the industry, has lead him into being a double threat Realtor® and Property Manager. His interests in interior design and background in construction lend an edge in helping his clients.
